Positioned just 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to town , this is a fantastic location to explore! Cafe Nero opposite as well as Real Patisserie, Flourpot and artisan bakeries. Amazing restaurants and bars , The Gin Tub - over 150 gins! Fatto o Mano - rustic Italian, Latino - Argentinian steak and La Piazza - Mediterranean cuisine. Sainsbury's , Tesco's and Co op for your vacation needs! Also nearby is Hove Train Station and Brighton Train Station is just a 5 minute Uber/taxi. First floor 2 bedroom apartment, with huge windows allowing light to flood in.. very bright and airy! Walk in to oak flooring, with an open plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen offering: *Oven and hob *Kettle and Toaster *Microwave *Washer and Drier Unlimited wifi to tune in to your own accounts with the SMART TV. Lounge has a black and white sofa and a bespoke dining area in the bay of the lounge to sit and watch the world go by! You really do feel like you're on holiday sitting here! The bedrooms have thick soft charcoal grey carpet , all cosy and soft when you get out of bed! First bedroom has king-size bed and the bedroom would fit a travel cot/child bed - able to be provided for £25 per stay. Second bedroom has a double bed. Both have gloss fitted wardrobes, full length mirrors and hair driers. Bedding and towels are serviced hotel linens professionally supplied for extra comfort :-) Main front door and then up to first floor for this flat I am always reachable on mobile telephone and email ! We leave you to it ! Amazing atmosphere with bustling coffee shops, restaurants and bars! 2 minute walk to the beach , down tree lined Grand Avenue, have your own BBQ or picnic . Walk along to the I360 or sit and take in the pier and beach hut views! Bus stop opposite to take you everywhere in the city and afar if you fancy Brighton Marina, Worthing, or Devils Dyke! Walk to Hove Station 5 minute taxi to Brighton Station 25 minutes to Gatwick Airport Buses every 10 minutes all over the city Taxi rank opposite Walk along the beach or Western Road to the city! 5 minute walk to the beach - if that! 5 minute Uber / taxi to hove station 5 minute Uber/taxi to central Brighton or a 5-10 minute bus to Churchill Square
