About this house rental
As you pull in to your retreat, this property has a long beautiful driveway with a roundabout. There are massive majestic trees that overhang much of the property. The house is nestled on one and a half acres and the beautiful thing is that you are about an acre and a half away from the only Neighbor. There is almost 400 feet of riverfront property to enjoy in multiple ways. Each morning you wake up you'll have the opportunity to experience, wild turkeys, deer grazing in the grass and swimming across the river!
If you sit at the rivers edge long enough, you will see steelhead and salmon, depending on the time of the year, jumping in the sunset of the incredible colors of the sky. The stars are absolutely amazing. The elevation is about 1500 feet so very close to many cities that you might be traveling from if elevation is a health concern.
Shady Cove is a very small town, but has all the amenities that you would need but could also venture out to Medford that has everything that you would need.
This charming property features 2 bedrooms with a king bed, queen bed, and sofa bed, along with 2 bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and hair dryer. Additionally, the living room has an additional queen air mattress bed and two twin air mattresses.
The house amenities include: WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, oven, full size fridge, dishes, cookware, hairdryers, cleaning products, paper towels, toilet paper and other essentials.
This retreat comes with a 75 inch smart TV with a Sony sound bar in case you like to watch loud movies like we do!
Enjoy a full reclining leather couch for a comfortable relaxing experience near a wood burning stove. A plethora of DVDs and cozy blankets are ready and waiting for your fun movie night!
Living room boasts view overlooking the gorgeous Rogue River property. Large deck immediately located off of the living room/kitchen door that leads to Fairytale like paved paths which wind through the foliage leading directly to the waters edge. Riverfront access is fairly flat and expansive! Launch a kayak or fly fish right in front of the property. Famous Steelhead and Salmon glisten in the sunset as they leap from the water, occasionally attracting a Blad Eagle or a Golden Eagle from the splash!
A true retreat located on an acre and a half of land and almost 400 feet of Riverfront property. The house is nestled under a variety of massive trees that are hundreds of years old!
Just five minutes away from the small quaint town of Shady Cove for essentials and small tiemand 30 minutes away from hospitals, shopping centers, movie theaters, Amtrak and the airport in Medford

The cabin was well stocked and quite peaceful. Having the river so close was great bonus. The host was very pleasant and was very responsive and friendly.

Loved having the sounds and sights of the river right outside this home on the Rogue River. Nic and Ellen created a cozy, comfortable place for our family of two adults and two teenagers to enjoy all the outdoors in the Shady Cove area.
