This is a family house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the house there is a king size bed, 2 queen size beds. There is a covered patio and a nice large fenced back yard. The front door has a combination lock. In the house there is an entry room, a dining room and a living room. The kitchen has all the basic cooking item you need to cook and dishes to eat there. One bathroom has a tub/shower and the other bathroom has a shower.

Robert was very easy to communicate with, and responded very quickly to any questions I had. We even had the pleasure of meeting him in person, because I mixed up the check out time, and thought we were leaving early but actually walked out a few minutes late, but and Robert and the cleaning crew had just pulled up. He was very understanding, though, and we had a pleasant conversation. We will be back to visit Medford in the future, and hope the house will be available for our stay.
