Emplacement idéal quoique notre fenêtre n’avait pas de vue sur la Tour.
3 prises électriques sur 4 étaient brisées et vraiment dangereuses (fils exposés). Pas de bouilloires tel qu’annoncé. Il a fallu déconnecter le frigo pour charger nos appareils.

Ci tornerei sicuramente.
Nella mia camera c'era la scala a chiocciola piuttosto stretta (sarebbe scomoda per una valigia) e la finestra molto piccola.

The location was great for the Pisa tower. Room was cleaned daily.The kind restaurant owners outside helped me by telling me to visit the hotel down the road. The lady there was pleasant and did assist me with check in.
There was no check-in information. No check-in desk. I telephoned the number on the door and was not recognised. The room was at the back of the property with no views. Air conditioning didn't work. TV kept buffering and didn't work. One plug worked and had to remove the fridge for that to be used. Other plugs were disconnected from the wall. No kettle. Breakfast was served in a hotel down the road if you wanted it. None of this is clear on the booking.com website. The drawer handles were nearly all broken. There were no instructions for check out and nowhere to leave the keys.
