Luca and his team were so welcoming and relaxed. A superb location, our room had a street side terrace, and a fantastic breakfast was served in the breakfast room or on the lovely terrace overlooking the Botanical Gardens.
All good, it suited us perfectly for our two night stay.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The beds were comfy and the shower was good. Excellent location The room was a good size and we enjoyed having a balcony. Lots of little cafes and restaurants nearby.
Breakfast fruit wasn't very fresh. There was mould on one of the strawberries. Other than that everything was good with the exception of one little safety issue. On our 2nd day we went out for the full day. We were gone from 9am until 9pm and when we returned the cleaner had left their key in the lock and the door unlocked. We don't know how long it was left like that. We took the key inside and put it on the table and the next day, when we returned, it was gone with nothing said. Passports and purses were still there thankfully. Anyone could have walked in as there was rarely anyone sitting at reception.

I found the blinds a little tricky but we got there in the end.
