The man at reception was extremely gracious and helpful. He organised an early breakfast for us so that we could get to the airport on time. The rooms are very modern and clean. Great shower!
Breakfast was very good. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Leaning Tower.
Nothing in the hotel. The neighbourhood is not
very attractive.

Beautiful and modern hotel with friendly staff. Comfy rooms, great bathrooms. Generous breakfast. Convenient location not far from the leaning tower of Pisa.
The sidewalk leading to the city centre of Pisa was a bit hidden and to get to the train station a taxi is needed. However, the hotel staff was very helpful in organizing that.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable staff were friendly. Free cold water.
Room was tiny and expensive. Breakfast was awful, rubbery eggs and white bread rolls.
