Great location, and excellent room and hotel conditions.
Front desk staff — we were very poorly treated. We had to make a reservation on the spot through the Booking app because they said there were no available rooms. They didn’t help or give any guidance. Very poor service.

Great location just a 20 minute walk into the centre of Pisa. Only 5 minute car journey from the airport.
Rooms are a little tired in places but only if you’re looking. Overall great value for money.

Breakfast was great. Loads of choice. Fruit, croissants, cakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, bread, vegetables, salad. Really lovely pool and outside area with bar and snacks available. Leaning tower of Pisa visible from hotel was a nice surprise. About a 20 minute walk to the tower and buses to the main train station not far either.
Sinks were blocked in the room. Very outdated furniture but comfortable. Noisy air conditioning that we turned off at night.

Rooms was spacious and close to airport
Breakfast was overpriced €20 and very poor choice , empty plates ,customers were complaining food was finished by 10am without any replacement & staff refused to refill
Kettle was burnt & dirty , no coffee machine, family room with one biscuit . Pillows very flat and uncomfortable. Nothing was like 5 star hotel
