In 10 minutes walking you will find the stadium of the city and the long coastline pedestrian and cycle path with amazing sea view, cafes, playground and the natural history museum.
The apartment has two bedrooms with comfortable single beds and a master bedroom with double bed and bathroom. The comfortable living room is equipped with a single sofa bed as well as an office area and a wide table in front of the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with water boiler, coffee machine, toaster,microwave with stoves, pan, pots and tableware. The second bathroom is equipped with bathtub. Each bedroom as well as the living room have access to comfortable balconies.
The apartment is located right opposite the bus stop from where there are buses to the beach, the airport and the city center. The apartment is accessible by bus from the airport or by car in just 15 minutes. The city center is located also 10 minutes away by car or 20 minutes by bus. The beach is located 10 minutes by foot or bus.
