- Proximity to the airport and the sea
- There is no soap and shampoo for the shower (only for hands), 1/2 toilet paper was left for us - we checked in at night, there was no possibility to buy it, buy it separately before check-in

El apartamento es muy amplio y está reformado, parece nuevo. Ofrece vistas interesantes hacia el aeropuerto y el mar. La cocina está bien equipada y por la noche es un lugar silencioso. Justo abajo hay un local de billar muy chulo, y a unas pocas manzanas se encuentra un Carrefour. Además, el tranvía que lleva al aeropuerto está muy cerca, justo al lado.”

Това е един от най-добрите апартаменти, в които съм била! Перфектно разположен- точно срещу летището, в непосредствена близост до трамвайната спирка на L2- който обслужва летището. Апартаментът е много просторен, чисто нов и ремонтиран, с голям кухненски бокс с пералня, микровълнова, кафемашина за еспресо, фурна, котлони и голям хладилник. Има две тераси, две спални и голям хол, баня и тоалетна отделно. Удобно мебелиран, има всичко необходимо за кратък или дълъг престой. Изключително любезни домакини и човек на място, който се грижи за ключовете и апартамента. Непременно ще се върнем в Ница и пак ще отседнем в този апартамент. Горещо препоръчвам!
