lovely and spacious great location
when to harry potter world only 30 mins drive away
great place for large families

Great price, lots of bed options, nice communal area in conservatory, host easy to contact.
I understand that hosts need to protect themselves from guests that mistreat their properties. I felt it was hard to relax with the house rules hanging over us. All carpets cream coloured with extra charges threatened for dirty carpets, no shoes allowed, etc. a broken fridge shelf share left in fridge that made me paranoid that it was a trap. As it turned out dealing with Elizabeth was lovely, but the tone of rules and financial penalties along with a deposit that I had to bank transfer was a little stressful and took away from the 'feeling at home' feel.
But again, I do understand the hosts needs to be strict
