About this house rental
Spacious and very bright luxurious house located in a residential and safe area. Very convenient for visiting London either by public transport (Northern Line 30 minuted to Camden) or by car (5 minutes from the M1 and M25). Facilities like shops etc are within walking distance. Parking for 2 cars are available at the premises. The house will suit anybody who would like to visit London. The house is fully equipped. Golfing place within walking distance. The best way to visit London is by tube.
The house has 2 sets of stairs . The kitchen is fully equipped. Microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, washing/dryer machine, south facing manicured garden, with garden room.
This is a modern house dated 1980. Everything is new and benefits a very nice garden. It is located in Mill Hill East, London. A very green tree laden location within a delightful conservation area. The area is loaded with families and young children.
The house consists parking space for 2 cars.
As you enter the property on the ground floor you will find the 1 bedroom, dining and kitchen areas, conservatory (lounge area). Out to the rear is a laid to lawn grass area utility shed.
As you go upstairs to the 1st floor there is the beautiful bathroom very luxurious with all porcelain tiles with power shower. 3 bedrooms are located on this level with a master bedroom and king bed , a double bedroom and a single bedroom.
On the top floor is a loft room with two double bed as well as a separate ensuite with Very luxurious shower room and toilet.
This property in winter keeps its warm as it is a new build .

This location provided us with just the space we needed for a small family gathering while visiting London. The rooms were clean and uncluttered—don’t expect shelves of kitsch—and the kitchen well supplied. The walk from the Mill Hill East train station takes about 15 minutes but a portion of that can be through a nice park in the neighborhood.
We appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was. There is a grocery store and welcoming pub each within a 15 minute walk, as well as a bus that will get you half way from the station to the home.
A note: there are steps leading down from the street to the front door, but once inside the front room can be used as a bedroom for anyone with mobility issues.
Hosts were responsive and helpful during the months leading up to our stay, responding quickly to our questions.
