The accommodation was not cleaned prior to our check in time and had to wait 2-3hrs for this to be done.

It was a lovely good sized apartment for 2. Nicely decorated and in a lovely area.
There were some issues around cleanliness and the toilet seat was broken - however, it was all dealt with swiftly once they were told.

Lovely location. Clean and modern.
Paying a £200 deposit upfront is ridiculous and a dealbreaker, won’t book again with this third party.
