The flat was very clean. Our host Roy was very responsive and available for any queries we had. The location of the property was close to town centre so very convenient.

Flat on ground floor. Plenty of storage space in bedrooms, hall and kitchen. Comfortable beds. Everything very clean, nice towels and bedlinen. Newish cooker and washing machine. Quiet, friendly neighbours. Parking directly in front of the building. Within walking distance to centre of town and shops. Convenience store less than 5 minutes' walk away. Close to Woodside Animal Farm for a really good day out with children.
Some aircraft noise from Luton airport, but quiet at night. Not very well-equipped as self-catering accommodation, as a lot of basics were missing - plug for sink to do the washing up, chopping board and a sharp knife (at least one would have helped!), a bowl or dish for fruit or salad, oven gloves, tea towels, cloths for cleaning surfaces and a spare bin-liner or two would have improved our stay considerably.

This is a basic apartment that is well managed and excellent value for money. Careful thought has been given to ensure that there is everything that you need in the apartment, including kitchen utensils, iron etc. The owner communicates promptly, clearly and helpfully.
The bed and mattress were not particularly comfortable.
