Comfortable sleep and the house was nice and warm.
Parking was a little challenging in the area.

The host was communicative and very pleasant.
The mattress in one bedroom was comfortable.
Price was very reasonable.
The location is quite intimidating. Dark alley to access the property, people lingering and smoking outside the front door. Lots of rubbish around.
Car park not accessible and dodgy.
Lounge smelt of cigarettes and damp. Huge stain on carpet and ceiling.
Hallway wallpaper peeling off.
Drain smell in kitchen was really bad.
Sofa bed mattress really thin and uncomfortable even for a child. Bedroom 2 mattress very basic and springs can be felt. Other bed fine.
Bath not in use and taps taped up. Shower was fine although did smoke at first from electrical box
No other hot water present.
All very basic and tired. Wouldn't stay again. Host was nice though.
