Overall location is remote, however it is good if you will be travelling outside Luton using your own transport.
It is also good if you would need to travel to London as train station is 5 minutes walk from the building and train operates on 24 hours basis. By taking a train & an underground you will be in central London within 40 minutes.
Building security. Building is equipped in such a way that it will not allow unauthorized people accessing it. So I felt secure in it.
Owner's communication. The communication with the owner during my stay and before was superb. Anytime I needed to ask something to the owner he replied immediately within minutes. Communication was completed through whatsapp.
Value for money. Not expensive for staying in London.
Fire safety, apartment and all condominium was equipped with a fire alarm and detection system.
Apartment had ample space.
Aircraft noise pollution during the night and some improvements in the cleaning. Overall it was okay & recommended.

Very modern and clean
Planes constantly flying over could be heard with window closed. Apartment very hot. No fan. Poor utensils.
