Book your stay at our spacious, one bed apartment. The apartment is situated in an unbeatable location. It’s a 5 minute walk to the L&D university hospital, the M1 is just a 5 minute drive away & only a 14 minutes drive to Luton airport. This makes the property a great location for NHS staff & contractors working in the area.
We’ve also made sure you have all the amenities you could possibly need to make you feel at home.

The whole property is designed to sleep 3 individuals (2 in the double bed, 1 on the sofa bed). The bathroom comprises of a spacious walk-in shower, toilet & sink. There is also ample space within the property to store all your belongings as there is a large wardrobe in the bedroom and a storage cupboard in the hallway.

Property was very clean. We cooked a meal and found we had everything we needed
Instructions in the flat were clear and good
We walked to Legrave station ( about 30 mins) and caught the train direct to St Pancreas for only £13 return - excellent
Neibourhoid seemed nice. We walked a fair bit and didn't feel unsafe
Flat is good, if a little hot. I would suggest a fan for the bedroom it was very warm but we did catch the hottest day of the year so far!
Bath sheets are lovely

Overall good but would have appreciated codes for rubbish and recycling plus instructions for tv etc. there was annoying persistent beeping from locked cupboard outside apartment
