Perfect location, clean, warm, everything you need for a little Whitby stay! I’ve been to Whitby maybe 20 times as spent a lot more money for allot worse. It’s not the ritz but I was more than happy !
Only issue was my room was on the top floor so would request a lower room however someone has to take the top room so not a major issue at all

Great location fabulous view of the abbey from room 3
Needs a good clean , paintwork filthy . Tea coffee area dirty no spoon ! Beds were cheap mattresses and uncomfortable . No heating in the shower /toilet
