Small but perfectly formed. Cosy, cute, comfortable, well-equipped. Great tv incl extra in main bedroom. Full of character. Well-located for Marske beach and excursions to Saltburn, Staithes, Whitby, Robin Hood's Bay. Good commute to Middlesbrough. Lovely touch with hospitality basket. Cottage is tucked away on a very quiet cul-de-sac. Downstairs toilet out the back.

Location was great - and the house is cosy.
The fire extinguisher fell off the wall the first night, the heating and hot water were turned right down on the boiler, the fridge freezer was switched off (we only discovered this when we went to put the week’s shopping away and found the drawers full of water), at 3am one night the smoke alarm started sounding for no reason and I had to remove it fron the ceiling - reported it to Sykes but nobody came out.
