Very nice on the inside, well decorated clean and tidy

The house was so clean , modern look and very comfortable with all what we needed for a one night stay.
The area the house was in was in a local residential housing estate. A little bit run down but to be fair it was only minutes from the race course ( why we stayed)and Redcar centre in a taxi or on the bus.
I think advertising it with a garden was a little deceptive! Hot water- (didn’t have any) needed some prompt as we probably missed it in the booking information . Price was a lot but £100 was for cleaning- it was spotless but maybe £170 for one night seemed a lot . Maybe if you stay longer that’s just added on?
