Clean, tidy , spacious, ideal parking with security gate.

Only problem I can fault is there was no locks on doors for toilets or bathroom. Was a problem with you didn’t know if someone would walk in whilst showering or bathing. Maybe some signs to hang on the doors on the outside with occupied on them.
