Overpaid the tourist tax but didn’t receive a refund

It’s really close to the centre, it’s just like in the pictures and a very nice and clean living room space. Very cozy and not that decorated. I like the simple interior.

There were a few things which were a bit old like the shower. We were there only for a day so we didn’t use any off the cooking facilities so I can’t say anything about that

This apartment was very well located - right near the cathedral and walking distance to everywhere. It was also very clean.

Unfortunately there were no drawers or bedside tables so everything was on the floor an we were constantly searching through our suitcases to find things. This would be easy to fix as there is plenty of space for some more furniture which would make the stay better. Also - the stairs… others have mentioned this but nothing prepared me for the sheer number of stairs and how steep they were. As you are unable to book a certain apartment, we were allocated number 4 which is on the 4th floor. We need to go up 50 steep stairs to get into the apartment and then there was another steep staircase inside to get to the bedroom. I know this type of arrangement is usual for this part of the world but the steepness and lack of handrails made it feel unsafe at times. If you struggle at all with stairs this place will not suit you.
