The location is close to the Vrijdagmarkt (parking) and many restaurants, bars, and cafés.
Cleanliness was an issue: there was blood on the bed sheet, garbage from previous tourists left in the room, and many (black) hairs on the towels and sheets. We also did not appreciate being contacted late in the evening, up to the middle of the night while being at a concert, about paying the tourist tax. We were hardly in the room and paid it at check-out. You never see someone. Next time, we would book a hotel.
