This is the biggest hotel/airbnb room in my Switzerland trip for 9 day, room very good and especially the Spiez view! Highly recommended all of you have to come to stay this room when u come to spiez!

Loved the apartment! Clean and spacious, view from the patio is breathtaking. Location is great, not too far from the train station. A pizza restaurant on the first floor, supermarket is close too. Staff were friendly and always promptly responded to my emails and calls.

Terrible Experience! I booked two separate stays at this apartment through Agoda, and both turned into nightmares.
1st Booking – Last-Minute Cancellation: My first booking was canceled just two days before check-in due to overbooking. The host’s phone number often didn’t work, forcing me to call repeatedly. Agoda only offered minimal compensation and provided no alternative accommodation, leaving me to scramble for expensive last-minute options.
2nd Booking – Incorrect Room Type:
For the second booking, the room provided did not match what was booked . The room I booked is with a big balcony and end up we entered to the room with only small balcony.
Avoid this property if you value reliability. The partial compensation did not cover the stress, extra costs, or wasted time.
Pros: the apartment is near the train and nice lake view.

Pros: Location near to bus stop, huge space for couple, travel card is provided
Cons: WiFi and TV are not working during my stay, the check in process was challenging, travel card is provided late.
Recommendation: Check in process video and travel card could be shared earlier. WiFi fixing is required.
