The hotel is in a fantastic location, but my experience was ruined by misleading information. I booked this stay because the listing stated there was air conditioning, but there was none. When I raised this issue, the staff simply told me it was Agoda’s mistake for putting incorrect info and that I had to contact them myself. They offered no assistance in resolving the matter or helping with a cancellation.
I was forced to stay in a room that was incredibly stuffy and difficult to breathe in, made worse by a strong, chemical smell similar to toilet cleaner. While the staff wasn't necessarily rude, their complete lack of responsibility regarding the missing amenities was very disappointing.
