    Quiet location yet within walking distance to Interlaken West train and bus station. The hotel and room is very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The owner Jan is very patient and helpful in answering our queries.

    Overall, it’s a nice place to stay in! It’s value for money! The place is clean, a nice garden where you can sit and enjoy the view of the alps! the check-in process was easy! The owner of the property is also very helpful and gave us many useful advice!

    Fantastic stay at Hotel Derby Interlaken! The hotel is cozy and perfectly located. The staff (Ramona and Jans family) were welcoming, and everything felt easy and comfortable. Great value and a place I’d happily return to.

    The location is about 15 mins walk from Interlaken OST. I had a room on the 2nd floor facing the street. You have to carry your luggage up a flight of twirly staircase. Pillows are flat and body soap and shampoo is from the same bottle. The staff seemed upset when I asked for extra bath towels as I did not request to have my room cleaned. Room came with hairdryer and refrigerator which I appreciate. As with all European hotel rooms, no toothbrushes & toothpastes were provided. Get them at Migros for only 0.60CHF. No cooking is allowed in the room. Breakfast was basic - coffee tea yoghurt croissant apples oranges museli cheese and scrambled egg upon request. Overall, at 400SGD per night, I am not sure if it’s value for money. But after much research, this seems to be the cheapest around the area.
