Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, dennoch ruhige Lage, angenehme Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen, nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter, alles rundum passend.
Der Deckel des WC könnte ausgetauscht werden. Er ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.
