Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, trotzdem sind kulturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten (Lucca, Pisa) ganz in der Nähe. Auch der Strand ist sehr nahe. Beliebte Radstrecken in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Etwas bequemere Sitzmöbel im Garten wären wünschenswert. Die Gelsenplage ist leider auch ziemlich groß. Aber da können ja die Gastgeber nichts dafür.
