THE 200sqm VILLA HAS TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS WITH AIR CONDITIONING AND ONE WITH TWO SINGLE BEDS, EACH ROOM HAS ITS OWN BATHROOM. THE DINING ROOM AND THE LIVING ROOM ARE VERY COMFORTABLE WITH VALUABLE FURNITURE, TV, DVD. THE LARGE LIVING ROOM HAS AIR CONDITIONING. THE KITCHEN IS HABITABLE WITH FRIDGE, INDUCTION COOKERS, OVEN, DISHWASHER, WASHING MACHINE, MICROWAVE OVEN, VARIOUS APPLIANCES. THE OUTDOOR TABLES ALLOW YOU TO EAT EVEN OUTSIDE THE VILLA A FEW METERS FROM THE POOL OR IN FRONT OF THE VINEYARD.
THE PRIVATE POOL IS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE GUESTS OF THE VILLA, IT IS WIDE 6X12 MT AND HAS A GRADUAL DEPTH FROM 80CM TO 200CM WITH SLIGHTLY SALT WATER. AROUND THE POOL THERE ARE SUNBEDS, DECK AND UMBRELLAS.
THE GARDEN AROUND THE HOUSE IS APPROXIMATELY 7,000 SQM WITH OLIVE GROVE, VINEYARD AND SOME FRUIT TREES.
THE OWNERS LIVE IN A STONE HOUSE ABOUT 80 meters FROM THE VILLA AND ENSURE THE MAXIMUM PRIVACY AND AUTONOMY TO THE GUESTS, BUT ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR EVERY REQUEST OR NEED.

The villa is very well appointed with large kitchen, living room and bedrooms with private bathrooms.Nicola is a very gracious host. He even provided 2 bottles of his own wine from his vineyard.

Nicola was very welcoming and flexible about our arrival time. We had no need to contact him during our stay as all was fine.The property is very clean, with a good layout. The kitchen is well equipped and everything worked well. The bathrooms are spacious as are the bedrooms. Excellent air con. Very useful blinds for near black out and the mosquito nets on all windows made us very happy (barely a bite)!Pool was clean and large however, we did feel slightly overshadowed by the larger house on the plot. Only negative was that we missed the views of the Italian countryside we have had at other properties due to the set up of the property.

We stayed for a week here at the end of May. We are a family of four with kids aged 9 and 13. We loved it. The location is stunning, the house is great with wonderful views and is well equipped with everything you need. The pool is great and the fact that it is a saltwater pool is much better than a chlorinated pool. Nicola is a fantastic host, always willing to provide a restaurant recommendation or give advice on how to get to places. Lucca and Pisa are close and Florence a train ride away from Lucca. Whilst Nicola is on site and around if needed, he is the perfect host as unless you need something he leaves you to your privacy. The pool is solely for your use. You do need a car but the roads are easy to drive and loads to see close by.Thank you Nicola!

This is a beautiful villa set in large grounds with a huge swimming pool, where is deep enough to jump in, but with a shallower ledge the whole way around. The salt water is much better than chlorine. The children enjoyed the pool so much it was difficult to get them to leave the villa. Inside the air conditioned villa is very well equipped and comfy. We would definitely stay here again. Lucca is a delightful, friendly town with ample cheap parking and plenty to see and do. We much preferred it to the bigger tourist destinations such as Pisa. Only thing to note is that, if going in summer (particularly at the end of a heat wave) take plenty of mosquito repellent and watch out for wasps.
