About this house rental
Just 10 minutes from Brighton and within walking distance of Hove beach, this is the perfect Hove family home for you.
This is a stunning modern five bedroom house set over three floors. There’s a large, landscaped garden, parking for two cars. You will be close to Hove Park and Hove beach.
The house has a large and modern kitchen diner with high ceilings, sky lights and two sets of bifold doors, which open out onto a patio and a large garden. There’s a large oak table for dinner. The house is well stocked with all the mod cons - induction hob, 2 ovens, dishwasher, pans, plates, wine glasses etc etc. There is a sound system and tv in the kitchen.
The lounge is a relaxed, separate space, has three sofas, separate reading space, a gas fire, smart tv and DVDS and games.
There are 5 bedrooms in total, 4 double bedrooms and one single . The large master suite has views across the South Downs and the sea. An extra mattresses, and a travel cot are available upon request.
There is a large family bathroom on 1st floor, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet on the top floor and w/c on ground floor.
You won’t be bored in this house - there are 3 TVs, virgin media and sky sports. We love kids and this is a great house for families, there are plenty of books and toys in the children’s play room and loads of games, DVDs and books. But FYI, no stair gates.
There is a large garden, with trampoline. A table tennis table.
For the summer, there is a barbecue, 2. X sun loungers.
Beautiful Hove beach is only 1 mile away. You can borrow our beach equipment.
The wood fired hut tub is available (on request- additional charge) in a fully landscaped garden. Be aware it is a Scandinavian style hot tub (no chemicals), filled with fresh water on request and heated via the wood burning stove. It’s a wonderful experience, perfect for cooler nights. Full Instructions provided. But you will have to light the fire and heat it.
The house is in a beautiful neighbourhood in Hove. The park and recreation ground are a short stroll away, Hove town and beach is a mile away with its trendy pubs, bars, restaurants and independent shops reached within 15 minutes walking.
The nearest shop is Tesco Metro at the bottom of the road just one minute walk away.
There is parking for two cars in the driveway. Brighton town centre is a short drive away. Buses go from Dyke Road. Preston Park station is nearby.

A smart house with spacious extension opening onto a newly refurbished garden. There is every comfort you could ask for. A place to breathe and relax too. We had a lovely time in Alice's house/garden. You can walk down the hill to the beach or catch a local bus to the centre of Brighton. The house is in a quiet street and, helpfully, has a Tesco 'local' just a short walk along the road.
