We liked the location and size of property.
It's a lovely area to stay.
Lounge - torn ripped curtains coming off the slide rail, fire place dirty dust and didn't fire up.
Kitchen - sink dirty on arrival, table was very wobbly,
Socket for kettle one side not working.
Bedroom 1 - Thick mould on windows, curtains ripped torn, carpet stains, en suite mould in shower, shower head full of limescale.
Bedroom 2 - Curtains torn ripped little storage.
Bedroom 3 - One bed on floor not really suitable no storage, socket not working, rusty radiator.
Shared Bathroom - Rusty radiator, cobwebs in ceiling velux window, bath marked chipped, shower leaking shower head full of limesxale not powerful.
Hallway walls marked and in need of painting.
Most floors uneven in property probably due to age of building.
Lot of visable ceiling damage from leaks not properly rectified quite unsightly.
Dogs in lower flat barking every time we entered property.
This could be an excellent property with some refurbishment.

Was spacious and clean, had facilities for cooking and cleaning. My friend ended up having to wash a white shirt to get the stain to come out quickly and wouldn’t be able to in a hotel. The view from the livingroom is stunning. Was minutes away from a lovely park, the beachfront and shops and cafes right outside the door. Bus routes easily accessible as well.
Not in particular something wrong with the property but the apartment is up two flights of carpeted stairs and are quite narrow for anyone with mobility issues that may need assistance from another person. And the front door is up a small set of steps, was not unmanageable for anyone in our group but it is something to be considered.
