Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location. Les lits étaient très confortables. La décoration est pétillante et douce, très agréable de vivre dans cette maison. Les enfants ont particulièrement aimé les trappes surprises ! belle réactivité de notre hôte dans les échanges par mail, et quel accueil quand nous sommes arrivés avec un bouquet de roses, et de quoi boire et manger avec plaisir ! Merci beaucoup ! Je recommande !
Seul bémol, 1 WC pour 8 personnes, qui plus est dans la seule salle de bain...mais avec une bonne organisation, ça se déroule sans accrocs !

The host provided a welcome bottle of frenetic, and a locally produced cake as a welcome, which was lovely. As I had arranged this stay for my parents 50th golden wedding anniversary.
The house interior design is lovely. The location is super just under a mile out of Brighton centre, which was perfect for us to be out of the hustle and bustle all the time.
The beds were very comfortable. The house design was unique and interesting . The rooms were beautiful.
The optional extras like toilet roll, milk and tea, and coffee, including caffiterre coffee, are brilliant. The towels were in plenty supply. All in all, you can't fault this place it would be a super break. Highly recommended for any furniture people hoping to stay.
The host offered to help find me a payable parking space, which was super, and I had speedy flexible booking in time and knky jad to give an hours notice.. Brilliant. I would say go on book it. If your looking for a nrighton stay.
This is really just for information purposes and not really a negative at all but more of a useful note for others where mixed ability guests apply:
The stars at the top of the house for the loft room were very steep.
There was only one bathroom which included a toilet which was on the 2nd floor whoxh i was surprised that you had to climb two floors to get to a toilet. Although other people who know the area may just know this. . Which for the group of people I brought was for us specifically a nightmare.
So i think on reading facilities I read information as a bathroom and a toilet listed separately under facilties as of february 23. I didn't realise that there was only one toilet and that this was on the upper 2nd floor until it was too late to cancel. So I suppose I would just have wished the booking contained this information in a clearly stated way as this may have helped me.
As I read this, it has a bathroom and a toilet.... listed speratley, although it's a toilet in a bathroom, so I was just open to perhaps jntrroretaion.
The lingerie seating is also very low to the floor, which indidnt realise from the pictures until I was there, which was challenging again for my group.

location of the property was great
music festival in the square opposite went on till 3am and few issues with things broken when we arrived at the property also socket on wall not fixed back , we were starting work at 5am with little sleep
