The view and the convenience to find dining
There was a band that played from about midnight to 4 AM one night. It wasn’t completely terrible, but it was very hard to sleep.

Die Lage war gut, genauso wie die gastronomischen Angebote in der Nähe.
Nicht wirklich saubergemacht worden vor der Übergabe. Schlafdeckenbezüge haben gefehlt und müssten nachgeliefert werden.
Fahrstuhlgeräusche extrem laut. Auf naheliegende Clubs und extrem laute (basslasrige) Musik bis 4:00 morgens wurde weder in der Beschreibung noch bei Übergabe hingewiesen. Schlafen ohne Ohrstöpsel absolut unmöglich!
Das achtstöckige Gebäude bestand größtenteils aus Gewerbe und diversen Büros die schon um 7:30 aktiv wurden so dass man morgens mit aufwachen musste…
