A really nice and big apartment, it could easily fit 4 people (though not very private). So I'm sure it will fit great for a group of friends. My and my partner really enjoyed this apartment. It is really modern and fresh. The bed is nice and firm. And the apartment is located on the first floor. So not too many stairs to climb (and there is a elevator).
Just across the street you have a "Today" which is a small supermarket that is open 24/7 so you can grab some drinks and other stuff to stock up the large fridge that's in the apartment!
The 0X1 bus from the Airport was only €2 per person, and a 5 minute walk to the apartment from the Columbus stop.
It's really near the buzzling area near the water. Just a 5 minute walk and you have 50+ bars and restaurants, most offering great greek cousine and fun drinks.
We visited in early March and the weather was around 18 degrees. But at times it felt kind of cold in the apartment. Luckily the AC could be turned up to heat as well, and then after a while if got nice and comfortable.

L'emplacement, les équipements.
Pas de place pour manger à 2, une seule chaise, le lit collé au mur, le bruit du couloir dû, entre autre, au jour de 3cm sous la porte. La propreté plutôt basique, le ménage mériterai d'être plus minutieux. Un seul jeu de serviette c'est trop juste, elles sont humides le lendemain, pas agréable. Aucun produits et accessoires d'entretien. Les vitres ne sont pas faites. Enfin, pour ceux qui aime la vue, attention c'est sur l'arrière de l'hôtel holliday inn.
