Even if the checkout was at 11 AM and we understand, at 11:02 we were being knocked at the door. 10-15 min would have been nice over the checkout time.

Excellent choice of venue for our week long stay in Thessaloniki - just a shame it was only for one week.
We really enjoyed the rooftop views and the refreshing breeze from off the sea helped to cool us down.
Apartment is very nicely laid out, a shower/bathroom, a kitchin/dining/sitting room with table and sofa, and two spacious sleeping rooms with double beds, although roof top access is via one of those rooms.
Everything one could want was there/provided, although no washing machine (but there's no space for that).
Host was very nice, met us upon arrival, and kindly sent directions to a local (reasonably inexpensive) supermarket, so we could buy all the food and other bits we needed.
Nothing adverse to report.
