The view is awesome. Decoration is very chique. The city center is pretty small. The flat is close to main events center Ladadika. Many taverns, bars and clubs around. There is a parking lot across the street. Just 100 meters away from the sea side. It is at the end of the main shopping street. No need for a a cab or car.
Since it is winter time the air was very cold and you need some time to warm it up and a/c must be kept open 7/24. The couch needs a re-fit. We needed an extra pair of blankets but not available, might be good to have some extras.

Only 1 set of keys for 3 people. The rental company sent a few too many messages regarding check-in and check-out.

The location is quite good. It is close to the sea and museums and has a parking, restaurants and shops near by,
It is actually very noisy, so plan for party travel or sleep with closed windows.
