Lovely home away from home & very accommodating at last minute l, well presented comfy beds.

The house is located in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. Great location for Alton Towers and commuting into stock centre. Short walk to local shops and takeaways. House was immaculate, there was broken equipment when we arrived so reported straight away and hosts were quick to respond. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night so didn’t really benefit properly from the property. We got in at 5pm and left at 8.45am to get to Alton Towers. Will definitely book again when we next go to Alton Towers and will be a longer stay to benefit more from the property and local areas.

Due to the nature of our stay, I think the second bedroom would benefit more from twin beds instead of a double, especially for families as 2 of my children had to share a bed. If twin beds, then they could be joined to make a double if customer should desire this.

Smooth check in, easy enough to find. It was clean, modern and comfortable. Spacious enough for 5 of us. The views from the rear are gorgeous.

The toilet seat moved, didn’t seem well fitted. No bread knife. The table knives aren’t very substantial, more childlike. The frying pans need replacing, one can’t be used as rust residue covers the inside and easily transfers to your fingers/food. A number of white mugs in cupboard were dirty. All small things and easily sorted.
