It is spacious,generally clean,convenient location for our needs.
Foul smell of (drains ?) We had invited friends and it was embarrassing to have this smell.

Place was spotless all equipment was in good working order
The sofa was rock hard when you sat on it you just sat on the metal frame ended up just sitting on the bed and floor
