It’s was spacious
Parking was a bit daunting. We were told to park elsewhere or display a valid parking permit by someone who knocked at the door, we were told this is due to it being a match day. Turns out this “unknown someone was a local resident” and I believe we were parked in their parking space, because as soon as we moved our car, they rushed to park their car right in front of our door - very unwelcoming local residents and also not great that we couldn’t put a parking permit on our vehicle as it was misplaced by previous stayer.

Very clean and comfortable, nice service with tea , cereal ,soap close to local shops , we went to Trentham monkey park that's the reason for staying so many things to do in the area

We chose the property as we were going to Alton Towers for the weekend. It was only half an hour drive from Alton the rooms were nice and spacious and the beds were comfortable.
The property wasn’t very clean when we arrived. All the kitchen utensils, pots and pans that we used had to be washed before hand. There was no toilet roll. There was a chest of drawers was in bits in a cupboard.
The bedroom door handle was fallen off. The sofa had a rip at the side of it and could’ve done a deep clean and cleaning in between the gaps as there was all sorts in there.
The bathroom wasn’t clean, God knows what was down the bath plug hole & could do with re silicone properly.
