Comfy bed. Two bathrooms was a bonus. Spotless everywhere. Great coffee machine. Great host and very clear information for access and entry. Two stops on the tram to the station. Rooftop bar at the hotel next door is a real find.
Would have loved a balcony but hey ho !
Sofa layout is the wrong way round for relaxing and watching the tv ?

While in Florence, our large family of 16 people stayed in 3 of Celeste's Serviced apartments within the same building.
Each apartment was clean, stylish, and well stocked. You could see the owners' attention to detail in the decor, the equipped kitchen with everything you need to make a coffee or prepare a snack, and the modern bathrooms with soap, body wash and shampoo. Each apartment had a washing machine, and there were maps, a deck of cards and a Jenga game in each living room.
Marian shared videos on where to find the entrance, how to enter the building, and how to access the keys in the lockboxes outside each apartment. I wish I had watched everything in advance and pinned the lockbox codes as I was a bit hurried on arrival after a long drive to get there. We returned our rental vehicles so we did not need to park, but I was told there was paid parking onsite.
Each apartment we stayed in had stairs as it is two-levels, but the stairs have railings and the steps have non-slip strips applied for added safety.
We loved the location only 15 minutes walk from Firenze SMN train station.
Marian was easily accessible via WhatsApp and her warmth and charm was apparent in her communication. She was always happy to help.
Most of us left early on check out but she did allow my niece (who was leaving on a later flight) to store luggage on the last day.
Marian and her husband, Salvatore, also run a charming restaurant with delicious food 25 minutes away by bus. We had the most wonderful dinner there on our last night in Florence.

Spacious for 2 couples with big balconies.
Very helpful host.
Good location with easy walk to train station and Duomo etc.
Good for doing washing with plenty of space for clothes airer.
2nd bathroom downstairs which is a bit of a pain at night.

The property is well located and very close to the tram stop. It is only two stops away from the main train station.
