Proprietario gentilissimo. La casa è abbastanza piccola, ma molto accogliente e curata in ogni dettaglio.Ci sono stato con mia moglie, mio figlio e i nostri 2 coniglietti. Ha tutto ciò che occorre tra cui, per noi indispensabile, una buona macchinetta per il caffè. Ottima la posizione a 5 minuti dalla stazione di Prato Porta al Serraglio da cui si può raggiungere Firenze in una mezz'oretta.

In casa c'era macchinetta per il caffè con cialde e zucchero, poi bottigliette d'acqua. Inoltre la casa è piuttosto attrezzata per poter soggiornare diversi giorni (con zona cottura, frigo e lavatrice). Il posto è tranquillo, nonostante la vicinanza con la ferrovia non abbiamo sentito rumore.
Gli split dell'aria condizionata. impostati per riscaldare l'ambiente, risultavano rumorosi e disturbavano il sonno; per questo abbiamo spento quello della camera da letto, lasciando acceso quello della cucina e tenendo la porta aperta. Il box doccia è stretto, ma con lo spazio a disposizione non si poteva fare di meglio.
