In the district of Hippach-Laimach 5 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, on the outskirts, 700 m from the centre of Hippach, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property, courtyard. Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms, each room with hand-basin. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining nook and satellite TV. 2 showers, sep. WC. Oil heating. Wooden floors, carpet. Balcony. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (4). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
