The room was spacious and clean
The surrounding location was also beautiful due to snow
There's a lake nearby where you can go camping if you want

Poor communication
Our payment didn't go through because they tried to perform pre authorization without informing. As a result even the room rent couldn't be paid. Our card wasn't being accepted by their system which worked for the rest of our trip through Austria. The team wasn't really collaborative in solving this problem through messages or email. Only after we took the help from someone else they gave us the check in information, which was roughly 4-5 hours before our arrival.

The rooms are really large and the two separate bathrooms with toilet are very convenient. Room was clean and warm enough when we arrived. Although there are not many parking places in front of the hotel, there is a big parking are close by and additionally there is enough space to park right in front to un/load luggage.
Some basic ingredients for cooking could have been there (e.g. salt & pepper). There were enough plates for all guests but only flat ones and extremely big!!! So given the limited area in kitchen, it was hard to use those huge plates and a real challenge to wash the dishes! Also a broom and a dustpan to keep the place clean (or just in case of a "kitchen accident") would have been nice.

It was very, very clean.
Beds are comfy and it is spacious.
Parking available and free.
No wardrobe to unpack, which would come handy.
Also small things like for example few towel hooks in the bathroom would be nice to have.
As it is primarly ski appartment during winter, some space for boots and skis would be nice add on!
