Above Stumm, in the district of Gattererberg 4 km from the centre of Stumm, 5 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 5 km from the lake, 4.7 km from the skiing area. For shared use: property, meadow. Barbecue house, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: sauna, infrared sauna (all extra), storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Stumm Märzenklamm" 3.3 km, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 4.7 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 10 km, bathing lake 5 km. Sehr schöne Wohnung in schöner Umgebung. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass ein Bad und ein WC für eine Wohnung für bis zu 10 Personen zu wenig ist.
