Accompagnement parfait grâce au livret d'accueil reçu par mail (consignes claires, video...).
Appartement très confortable.
Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
Seule nuisance : situé dans une rue piétonne du centre avec de nombreux bars, conversations animées jusqu'à deux heures du matin mais bien atténuées par le double vitrage. Boules Quiès conseillées si besoin.
Et surtout disponibilité la veille de notre arrivée alors que nous avions été plantés par une location sur Abritel effectuée un mois auparavant et qui s'est avérée indisponible sans explication !

Everything was as described and in the photos, so met expectations. The location is excellent and walking distance to everything.
The instructions from the host were all very clear.
Note that Cara can’t access the street so it’s a little tricky leaving the property with suitcases.

Ótimo apto com acesso a elevador o que é ótimo para viajantes. A porta falta uma indicação do número apesar de enviarem um vídeo de como entrar o que foi muito útil.

Muy buena ubicación. Nos permitieron entrar unas horas antes lo cual fue de agradecer porque no tuvimos que estar con las maletas por la ciudad. La comunicación e instrucciones fueron claras. Está totalmente equipado.
Me he alojado en junio, no tiene aire acondicionado e hizo mucho calor, al ser la última planta se concentra más. No se pueden abrir las ventanas para refrescar por la noche porque entonces entra el ruido de los bares de la calle y no te deja dormir. Es una bonita propiedad que necesita una reforma y limpieza importante. Parte del suelo es de madera y está en su mayoría suelto, cruje mucho. Solo hay una lámpara en una de las mesitas de noche, la iluminación es pobre, se puede mejorar fácilmente.
