About this house rental
House from 1852 in Trentemoult, former fishing village on the banks of the Loire, 8 minutes from Nantes by boat.
Trentemoult is located 5 minutes from the Cheviré Bridge and 40 minutes from Pornic. This is our dwelling house, which we renovated.
The house welcomes you on 3 levels. Ground floor, living room-kitchen, laundry room WC. 1st floor, bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200, bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. On the second floor, room with 1 bed 140x200, and room with a bed 140x200 and 1 mattress 80x200, and a common room with a sofa bed 140x200.
The district:
Trentemoult is an old fishing village. The houses of the nineteenth century have been preserved. The center of the village is pedestrian because the streets are too narrow for cars. It is on the Loire, facing Nantes. It's a special place, quite romantic. A boat from the bus network makes the crossing to Nantes in 8 minutes. The village has a bakery (5 min walk from the house - closed from 6 to 20 August 2016), a tobacconist, cafes and restaurants, an organic grocery store open all summer (2 min walk). It is located not far from the air corridor of Nantes airport. Depending on the direction of the wind and during the tourist season, planes can fly over the bottom of the garden.

There are waterbuses that shuttles to Nantes in 8 min. The pier is 400 m (5 min walk) from the house. These waterbuses are part of the Nantes bus and tram network.
Nantes-Atlantique airport is 5 km away (7 min by car).
The Nantes TGV station is 7 km away (13 min by car - 40 min by navibus and tramway).

La maison est pleine de charme et d'originalité. On s'y sent comme à la maison ! Même s'il pleut, on y reste avec plaisir. Les enfants de 7 et 13 ans ont adoré aussi.
En plus le quartier est très sympa, vivant mais calme. On prend le bateau à 2 min à pieds pour se rendre en plein centre ville ou aux machines (compter environ 15 min de marche après le bâteau).
