Good location, spacious and clean
I had to lodge 450 Euro over the internet as the security bond. Due to enhanced banking security, this was very difficult for me ( as opposed to plugging your card in a machine which works easily). The internet system took 450 Euro out of my account (money reserved for Nante attractions and food) and it was returned after we left France, but I will have to pay bank conversion fees. Really, if you book and pay through Booking.com, then the security deposit needs to be managed by them, or a card chip reading machine installed in the apartment as we found in some others. Advice: CHECK THE IMPLICATIONS OF YOUR BANK PAYMENTS OVER THE INTERNET WHEN TRAVELLING BEFORE BOOKING THIS PLACE.
The other thing is they supplied 1 and a quarter roles of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days. We went out and bought a minimum packet of 6, leaving most behind for the landlord. A petty matter, but leaves a bad feeling.

Excelente vaga de garagem com segurança. Pude deixar meu carro fechado em garagem subterrâneo Apartamento com elevador e próximo do centro . Pode fazer tudo a pé .

El alojamiento no estaba limpio, tenia algunas telarañas, cojines del sofá sucios, lámparas y estanterías llenas de polvo.
