Todo! Viajabamos en familia numerosa, y la casa era ideal, acogedora y espaciosa, con espacios comunes para mas de 10 personas! Ademas, Marc nos ayudó en todo lo que pudimos necesitar!

Marc est d'une gentillesse extrême, il est très disponible et bienveillant. La chambre double est très agréable, lumineuse, d'une propreté irréprochable (même pas un cheveux trainé!) bravo !

Marc is the BEST, not to mention a LARGE apartment, a confy bed, large well appointed kitchen, a Carfour at less than 150m, a tram taking you into the Old Town. Street parking but it is readily available. A very good place for us.

Absolutely gorgeous flat decorated modern! Spacious bedroom and bathroom with a double bath as well as shower. Nice outdoor balcony. In a nice safe feeling area, close to tram stop so very convenient.
We felt we had hit the jackpot when we arrived at Marcs flat. You couldn't wish for a better room. During our time in Nantes there was gale force winds and rain which made the flat cold. Despite asking Marc on several occasions to turn up the heating he refused saying it was warm enough at 19.5. The room had a huge log burner too which seemed pointless! He even suggested we take a shower or perhaps we were cold because we were tired! We had to go to bed early just to get warm. How very disappointing that he doesn't listen to his guests and that he advertises it as 'cosy'
