Appartement lumineux, propre et bien équipé. Emplacement parfait, centre facile d'accès à pied ou via les navettes gratuites. Gare à 5 mn pour rejoindre l'aéroport.
Le double vitrage serait appréciable pour le confort phonique. La liaison internet est parfois inexistante ce qui pose problème pour effectuer du télétravail.

L'appartamento è molto ampio ,ben arredato e fornito di tutto il necessario ( la prima volta che non porto nulla da casa ). Molto comodo per un soggiorno lungo e per una famiglia 4+. Dista solo pochi minuti dal mare, e più vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Nei dintorni trovi tutti i negozi necessari. Siamo tornati a casa soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno a Menton. P.s Un ringraziamento a Claudia dell'accoglienza e la disponibilità. 🥰
Il frigo non raffredda abbastanza bene , ma il congelatore sì.

Manque de vaisselle, le volet cuisine en mauvais état. le lave linge en très mauvais état et très bruyant. le manque d'entretien général. le rapport Qualité/Prix
