Son emplacement (proche des commerces et de la mer), sa propreté, son design spacieux, son calme…sans oublier cette immense terrasse où admirer les levers de soleil puis faire du farniente en soirée!
La difficulté à se garer dans le garage: la pente est beaucoup trop raide et très courte.

L'emplacement proche du centre ville et juste à côté de la gare. La taille de l'appartement et la grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer au loin et la montagne. La place de parking dans l'immeuble. Le linge fourni. La fluidité de la communication avec la conciergerie et la facilité à récupérer les clés.

Très grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la montagne. belles chambres, salle d’eau. C’était très propre et lumineux . Proche de la gare
Manque d’outils de cuisine. Bouilloire trop petite. Casserole pas approprié pour la plaque de cuisson défectueuse. La conciergerie a été très réactive

Muy buena ubicación, y muy cómodo el piso. Lo recomiendo.
No es que algo no me haya gustado sino que se podrían mejorar las almohadas de las camas y en el baño a veces sale mal olor, pero pasa rápido.
