About this apartment rental
With a 400 m² private garden and pool (7.5 m² diameter, round), this 80 m² apartment for 9 people is on the first floor in the second farmhouse where the owner lives on the ground floor. It is ideal for large families or a group of friends. Living room with TV and double sofa bed, kitchen (stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, Italian coffee machine and washing machine), two double bedrooms, one bedroom with 3 beds, two bathrooms with shower (hairdryer). Equipment: air conditioning in the bedrooms, WiFi, mosquito nets on the windows. Pets are welcome.
The price includes gas, water, electricity, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, air conditioning, baby cot and high chair (on request). Not included and to be paid on site: pool towels € 3 / person, additional bed linen / towels € 15 / person, heating € 100/ week.

Nice, comfortable and typical Tuscan accommodation in a pretty farmhouse, whose origins date back to the Middle Ages when the area was a district of two ancient Benedictine monasteries. The farmhouse is just 12 km from the beaches of Castiglioncello, Rosignano, la Mazzanta and Vada on the Etruscan coast. The farm, which has been producing excellent olive oil since the 1960s (now certified organic olive oil), consists of two large stone houses that have been converted into hospitable houses with all modern comforts.
At guests' disposal there is also a table tennis table, a children's playground (these two are in common with the guests of our other holiday complex, 300 meters away), WiFi connection, a grill, a parking lot and the delicious olive oil for a wonderful tasting experience. Welcome gift with local products, including the farm's olive oil.

So beautiful, in the middle of the great landscape of Tuscany, but also very near to the sea! Everything was perfect, and we got all kind of friendly help and support from the Guiseppe and the team. Thanks a lot for making our vacation in Italy the best!

We had a great time here with 3 kids - enjoying the pool and the beach near (10 Minutes with car) at Cecina. Only thing we missed has been an oven - that would have been great i. e. to re-heat a piece of pizza. Everything else has been wonderful and Federico answered all our questions immediately - that was great. Unfortunately we never saw him personally.

Wir hatten 14 tolle Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung. Alles war wie beschrieben, sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Die Vermieter waren super lieb und haben alles dafür getan, dass wir uns wohl fühlen.

Wundervolles Objekt in Alleinlage, lediglich die Vermieter wohnen im Objekt, welche sich liebevoll um den Garten und den Pool täglich kümmern. Von hier sind Ausflüge in alle toskanischen Städtchen, zum Strand und in die großen Metropolen möglich. Wir wurden liebevoll von unserem Gastgebern mit italienischen Spezialitäten begrüßt und können das Objekt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
